Maureen C. Proctor graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida and summa cum laude from the Stetson College of Law. She has practiced workers' compensation law for over 12 years and Social Security law for over 11 years.

She has been certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in the field of workers' compensation law. She also represents individuals seeking State of Florida In Line of Duty and Disability Retirement benefits.



James A. Kole graduated cum laude in three years with three majors from the University of Miami and attended law school at Vanderbuilt University. He has practiced workers' compensation and Social Security law for over 10 years.

He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. He is also a member of the United States District Court and practices federal wage and hour law.
